I’m a highly experienced user experience designer / information architect / interaction designer. My specialty is turning a complex mess into a simple user experience. I am most at home in serious, complex projects where the stakes are high.
Clients include Bank of America, Visa, Janus, 2 credit unions, Blue Shield, Walmart, Macy’s and Bloomingdale’s, NBC, Logitech, HP, Symantec, Del Monte, and Mitsubishi Motors.
Typical deliverables: wireframes, prototypes, process flows, logic diagrams, storyboards, and heuristic audits. I routinely plan and conduct usability testing, user interviews, server log analysis, and competitive analysis.
In addition to my portfolio, www.wayfind.com, you might want to take a look at my 3-video about user-centered design (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dln9xDsmCoY) and my article in UX Magazine (http://uxmag.com/articles/everything-i-really-need-to-know-about-user-experience-i-learned-in-sunday-school).
